Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your padlock if it arrives damaged or faulty. The padlock must be unused and returned with all fixings, keys, and original packaging intact.

If the padlock or any components are returned in used condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

The cost of returning the product is the buyer’s responsibility.
