Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

Products made to order typically have a time from order to delivery of around 4 weeks, unless the product is already in stock and ready to ship.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are shown in individual product listings and may vary from free of charge up to £14.99, depending on the weight of the item.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe and the USA.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, once the shipment reaches the destination country. Fortlox Moto Ltd is not responsible for these charges, which remain the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
