Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return your item. Once notified, you have a further 14 days to return the product to us.
Any items not returned to our premises within the 28 day period will be rejected and the return process closed.
2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:

Original packaging
Products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging. -
Unused condition
Items must not display any signs of use, wear or damage. -
Proof of purchase
Returns are only available to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
3. Inspection and Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to inspect all returns upon arrival. Please note the following:

If the original packaging has been opened, or if the product displays any signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund.

The final refund amount may be reduced based on the diminished value of the item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our support team at info@fortloxmoto.com with your order number.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item or proof of its return.
